Start saving your rent if you are affiliated to the Fondo Nacional del Ahorro through severance payments, and if your income is between 2 and 6 SMMLV*. You only need to fill out the form and gather the required documents to file your application.

    • If your income is between 2 and 4 SMMLV*, the subsidy is 20 SMMLV*.
    • Mi Casa Ya - Rate Coverage***.
      • If the value of your new home is between 70 SMMLV* and 135 SMMLV*, the coverage will be 4 points.
      • If the value of your new home is between 135 SMMLV* and 435 SMMLV*, the coverage will be 2.5 points.

Required Documentation


Employees

  • Fully completed single credit application form.
  • Photocopy of identity card.
  • Certificate of Income and Withholdings for the last year and photocopy of the Income Tax Return or Letter of Non-declaration as applicable.
  • Labor certification not excaeeding 60 days.
  • Payment/withdrawal/pension statements for the last three months.
  • Certification of the monthly allowance of the position in property for members who are on assignment.
